INTERVIEW
You’ve been getting some good minutes this season. What do you think about the season so far?
Season is great. I’m glad I’m getting every opportunity and I’m glad that I can use it.
Do you follow NBA Mock Draft? And if you follow, what are your thoughts about them?
Yeah, I’m hearing something of it, but I don’t really follow it because I feel like that’s not really important for me. I’m just doing my thing, getting better, playing, concentrating on basketball.
What are the skills that you think make a difference in your game?
Variability, so I can do a lot of things without a really high cliff, so I think that.
Which skills do you want to improve in your game?
To read the game a little bit better, defensively, offensively, just to be a little step quicker.
I asked Bayern Munich coach Gordon Herbert about Ivan Kharchenkov at the press conference.
Q: Coach, what do you think about Ivan Kharchenkov? He’s 18 years old and you gave him solid role in the team.
Gordon Herbert: Yeah, he’s had about 3 or 4 good games in a row and right now he’s in the rotation. And like you said, he’s young, but he’s playing the right way. I’m very positive.
