My dad was a basketball player so I started really young.

You had a great performance in U18 Asia Cup. What are your thoughts about the U18 Asia Cup?

I really appreciate it but i felt like I could’ve done way more. I fell short a lot of times specially the Jordan game i felt like I could’ve done 20x more but I’ll learn from it.

You already played for Qatar National Team. How did you feel when you stepped onto the court?

It’s a blessing representing Qatar so I have to give 110% every time I’m in the court.

You played in NBA Academy. What do you think about NBA Academy?

Yeah I learned a lot from coach’s, not many people have chance to participate in the NBA Academy so that’s why I don’t take nothing for granted.

What are your goals for next season?

Be a better version of myself.

What are your long-term goals?

To make sure my family got everything they need and make my parents proud.

What are the skills that you think make a difference in your game?

Probably defense, I love playing defense not many people take proud in that.

Which skills do you want to improve in your game?

My shooting.

Do you have a pre-game ritual?

Yeah. I usually pray and because I get anxiety a lot I just close my eyes and think about where I come from.

Who is your favorite basketball player?

Anthony Edwards.

Which basketball player would you like to play with in the future?

My brother (Moustapha Ndao).
